Welcome to Bestbrands.cr, it is a pleasure for us, GBB Latinoamerica S.R.L, to receive you in our site.
This “agreement” governs all activities in our e-commerce web site. By using our services, you (now known as “the customer”) will be agreeing all these standards. In case you do not agree, please do not make use of our online store.
- Our online service is destined for customer over 18 years old. If you are a minor, you must use this platform with guidance of an adult. If you are parent of a minor, you are responsible for the use they give to this site.
- We have certain stock of products. Due to the nature of our business, it may change constantly and stop showing products that aren’t available anymore.
- In the event a Best Brands product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bestbrands.cr shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Best Brands shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Best Brands shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
- Bestbrands.cr does not guarantee that our stock is going to be available when the customer completes the purchase.
- We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time. User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Service by User following such notification constitutes User's acceptance of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement as modified
- Bestbrands.cr has a certification of domain ownership.
- Our site respects the confidential nature of all data provided by the customer. This information will be used only for registration and purchase purposes and if you accept, to send you further information to your email account.
- We do not sell or share this information to any other web site or business.
- Your credit or debit card information will be handled only by our Credomatic platform, meaning we do not have access to it.
- Credit Card: As part of the registration process, Bestbrands.cr will save customer's credit or debit card information and use it for all future shipments and charges which will automatically be charged to the saved card, unless customer notifies Best Brands through customer's "My Account" Page. Best Brands currently accepts the following credit cards at this time: American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard.
- Once the customer has clicked on “Process Purchase” we will have an authorization from your card’s company.
- This payment method is completely safe.
- Our delivery time is from 24-72 hours within working days. In case you made the purchase during a holiday or day off, you can start counting those hours from the next working day.
- We only deliver to Costa Rica.
- All products delivered by Correos de Costa Rica should not weight more that 30 kilos in the metropolitan area, 2 kilos in the places outside. If the packages are heavier than that, you will have to go to your nearest post office.
- Purchases will be delivered in the place you ask, while it’s available in the Correos de Costa Rica routes.
If Correos de Costa Rica don’t deliver in your area, the parcel will be left at the nearest office. The customer will have 10 days to pick it up, a person from Correos de Costa Rica will call the customer to let them know their package is available.
The owner of the credit or debit card is the only person authorized to pick up the packages, however, they can authorize some one else in the Correos de Costa Rica office.
- Once the package is in the store, a person from Best Brands will call the customer to tell them they can pick it up during the following 15 days.

- Every product has a 30 day guarantee.
- This guarantee applies only for factory errors. If it doesn’t apply, Best Brands is not obligated to return money or make the change of product.

Best Brands does not have any duty to update its Site or modify the Contents, and Best Brands shall not be liable for its failure to update such information.
